The 2023 edition of the Orléans Masters ended with Carolina Marin's victory in the women's singles competition over the American Beiwen Zhang.
After a beautiful first set won 25-23, Carolina was stalled at the beginning of the second set. She was quickly overtaken in the score and never came back, losing 21-9.
At the beginning of the last set, the game became more balanced and the two players went back and forth until 10-8 for Zhang. The end of the set was one-sided and Carolina went on to win her first title in Orléans (the third for a Spanish player after Beatriz Corrales' double in 2013 and 2014), scoring the last thirteen points of the match. Victory in 1h05, 25-23, 9-21, 21-10.
