    Thank you all for your commitment !

    More than 180 of you volunteered your time this year. Thanks to you, the Palais des Sports Jean Ros was buzzing with excitement, with hundreds of players taking to the court and thousands of spectators enjoying the spectacle.

    Thanks to your energy and good humour, you have helped the Orléans Masters shine on the national and international stage.

    REGISTRATION AND ACCEPTANCE CRITERIA

    People present in a maximum of time slots will be selected as a priority with the following criteria:
    1. Experience from other sports organizations.
    2. Order of arrival of the complete file.
    3. Participation in previous editions of the Orléans Masters.
     

    The organizing committee reserves the right to modify the allocation of volunteers according to the needs of the competition.


    PLEASE NOTE: Any incomplete file will be systematically rejected. 

     

    Volunteers at the heart of our event

    Every year, the success of our event depends to a large extent on your invaluable involvement.
     
    We offer a wide range of positions, covering a variety of tasks : welcoming the public, managing the cloakroom, accompanying athletes, logistics, dirving, and much more.
     
    Your commitment is essential to us, and we want it to be rewarding and enjoyable. That’s why, throughout the week, we’re organising special events just for you : 
     
    The volunteers’ evening, a festive opportunity to get together, share ideas and celebrate your contribution.
     
    The volunteers’ Tournament, a fun and collective activity to strengthen ties in good spirits.
     
    By joining our team, you’ll be a full participant in the event and part of a collective dynamic.
