From October 15 to 20, 2024, the VICTOR DENMARK Open 2024 took place in Odense, Denmark.

Men’s singles:
After taking advantage of Viktor AXELSEN's withdrawal in the 1/8th final. France's Alex LANIER wins again in the quarter-finals. The Frenchman, quarter-finalist at the Orléans Masters Badminton in 2023 and 2024, beat Kean Yew LOH 21-18/15-21/24-22 in 1h20.
Koki WATANABE, also present at the Orléans Masters Badminton by VICTOR 2023, took advantage of Guang Zu LU's withdrawal at the end of the first set: 21-15.
Japan's Kenta NISHIMOTO wins in 3 sets against China's Hong Yang WENG: 21-17/15-21/21-18.
At home, Denmark's Anders ANTONSEN qualified for the semi-finals with a score of 15-21/21-8/22-20 against China's Shi Feng LI.
Women’s singles:
Korea's Se Young AN won in 3 sets 12-21/21-10/21-12 against Thailand's Supanida KATETHONG.
Another 3-set victory for Indonesia's Gregoria Mariska TUNJUNG 21-13/16-21/21-9 over India's V. Sindhu PUSARLA.
A duel between two players present in the quarters of the Orléans Masters By VICTOR 2023, Putri Kusuma WARDANI defeats Jai Min YEO: 20-22/21-11/21-18.
World number 3 Zhi Yi WANG easily defeats Canadian Michelle LI 21-17/21-11.
Men’s doubles:
Seeded number 1, China's LIANG and WANG won in 3 sets 21-15/18-21/21-12 against Thailand's KEDREN and PUAVARANUKROH.
They will be joined by their compatriots CHEN and LIU, who qualified at the expense of the CHIA/SOH pair: 22-20/21-15.
The OMB by VICTOR 2021 winning pair LANE/VENDY lost to ALFIAN/ARDIANTO 21-15/21-19.
On to the semi-finals for the Danish pair ASTRUP/RASMUSSEN, who came out on top in 3 sets against the Japanese pair HOKI/KOBAYASHI: 13-21/21-14/21/18.
Women’s doubles:
The Chinese pair LIU/TAN, finalists in Orléans in 2023, won 21-9/22-20 against the pair JIA/LEE.
China's LI and LUO, quarter-finalists at the Orléans Masters 2023, lose to Japan's MATSUYAMA and SHIDA: 21-17/22-20.
On to the semi-finals for IWANAGA and NAKANISHI, who beat the TAN/THINAAH pair in 2 sets, 22-20/21-19.
The Korean pair JEONG and KIM lost 21-17/21-9 to BAEK and LEE.
Mixed doubles:
The French pair GICQUEL/DELRUE lost 21-11/21-16 to the number 1 seeded Chinese pair, FENG/HUANG.
TOFT, present at Orléans in the men's and mixed doubles in 2024, lost here with his new partner MAGELUND on the score of 21-18/21-13 to TANG and TSE.
Korean pair KIM/JEONG beat Chinese Taipei representatives YANG/HU: 25-23/21-14.
RIVALDY and MENTARI, finalists in Orléans in 2024, lost in 3 sets 21-11/17-21/21-19 to the JIANG/WEI pair.
Semi-finals
Men’s singles:
In a duel between two former Orléans Masters Badminton by VICTOR players, Japan's Koki WATANABE beat Alex LANIER 21-16/21-13. Despite the defeat, another excellent performance by the Frenchman.
In the final, he didn't meet up with his compatriot, who had also played for Orléans in 2023. Japan's Kenta NISHIMOTO lost 21-15/21-14 to Denmark's Anders ANTONSEN.
Women’s singles:
Victory by withdrawal in the second set for Se Young AN 22-20/12-12 (withdrawal). We wish Gregoria Mariska TUNJUNG a speedy recovery.
Putri Kusuma WARDANI, present at the OMB 2023 presented by VICTOR, lost at the final hurdle to Zhi Yi WANG (22-20/21-14).
Men’s doubles:
A duel between Chinese pairs, the favorite LIANG/WANG won in 2 sets 21-17/21-14 against the winning pair of the Orléans Masters by VOICTOR in 2023, CHEN and LIU.
At home, the Danish pair qualified for the final, winning 22-20/18-21/21-11 for ASTRUP and RASMUSSEN against ALFIAN and ARDIANTO.
Women’s doubles:
China's LIU and TAN advance to the finals following their 21-14/21-16 victory over Japan's MATSUYAMA and SHIDA.
In the final, they will face the pair IWANAGA/NAKANISHI who won 17-21/24-22/21-17 against the pair BAEK/LEE.
Mixed doubles:
The TANG/TSE pair lost in the semi-finals 21-23/21-19/21-19 to the Chinese pair FENG/HUANG.
In a 2-set match, the JIANG/WEI pair won 21-17/21-9 against the KIM/JEONG pair.
Finals
Men’s singles:
At home, Denmark's Anders ANTONSEN won the VICTOR Denmark Open 2024 over Japan's Koki WATANABE (who will attend Orléans in 2023) 21-15/21-16.
Women’s singles:
China's Zhi Yi WANG won the tournament with an easy 21-10/21-12 victory over Korea's Se Young AN.
Men’s doubles:
LIANG/WANG deprive Denmark's ASTRUP and RASMUSSEN of a home victory. Victory 21-18/21-17 for the Chinese pair.
Women’s doubles:
Finalists at the OMB by VICTOR 2023, the Chinese pair LIU/TAN lost again in the final to Japan's IWANAGA and NAKANISHI 21-18/21-14.
Mixed doubles:
Following their victories at the VICTOR Open de Chine and the Clash Royale Arctic Open in Finland, the FENG/HUANG pair won a 3-set match (15-21/21-18/21-17) against the JIANG/WEI pair to claim the VICTOR Denmark Open.
