World Tour Finals 2020

It's over! Our French pair Delphine Delrue & Thom Gicquel lost in the semi-final of the World Tour Finals 2020, against the Thai pair Puavaranukroh/Taerattanachai. A high intensity match and a course that will be remembered. We are now looking forward to seeing them at the Orleans Masters Badminton which will take place March 23-28.

The Lee / Wang pair, meanwhile, won their semi-final with a 22/20 21/17 victory over Britain's Lane/Vendy they had already faced in group matches. Denmark’s Viktor Axelsen, first in his pool, also emerged victorious in his half, winning in straight sets against Taiwanese Chou Tien Chen. Opponent he had already met yesterday and against whom he won easily 21/10 21/14.

A great victory for Carolina Marin too ! After losing in three sets yesterday, she regained confidence and won her match against Thailand's Chochuwong. A victory that allows the Spanish player to reach the final. Finally, Viktor Axelsen's compatriot Anders Antonsen, third at the TOYOTA Thailand Open, won his semi-final against Wang Tzu Wei, 21/18 14/21 21/16.

A day rich in twists and turns that promises very good points, tomorrow, for the finals to be followed here
